SHIPPING TERMS

SAITO Srl partners with the following couriers: GLS-Executive, BRT-Bartolini, TNT.
Each shipment is trackable in real time.
Shipments for same-day orders are processed within the day until 5:00 PM. Deliveries to customers are made within 24 hours for mainland Italy and within 48 hours for islands, remote areas, or hard-to-reach locations.
There is also the option for special shipments (air freight or deliveries by 10:00 AM/12:00 PM), for which timing, delivery locations, and rates will be agreed upon. The standard shipping cost is €19/20 + VAT; this amount may vary based on destination, quantity, weight, and dimensions of the goods.
If the courier does not allow opening of packages and if any damage to the product packaging is found, the delivery note and courier receipt must be signed with "subject to inspection" and sent by email to info@saito.it. Otherwise, no replacements or refunds will be processed.
