GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Preamble

• These general terms and conditions of sale apply to every purchase order of products belonging to SAITO Srl, with headquarters at Via Marco Polo, 220 Osimo (AN), except for specific exceptions stipulated between the parties.
• They apply to both remote orders, via the website shop.saito.it, and orders transmitted by email, fax, or received by phone.

Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

• The placement of an order entails full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, which must be reviewed by the customer online at shop.saito.it before confirming the purchase electronically.
• SAITO Srl reserves the right to make modifications and additions, which will be validly notified and take immediate effect from the day of publication on its company website.
• Therefore, by sending the purchase confirmation, the customer declares to have read and unconditionally accepted these general terms and conditions of sale, committing to comply with them in their dealings with SAITO Srl.
• SAITO Srl is not bound by different conditions unless previously agreed in writing.

Customer Commitments

• These general terms and conditions of sale must be reviewed online by the visiting customer before confirming the purchase electronically.
• The insertion of false, invented, or fictional personal data within the registration forms, as well as data of third parties or multiple registrations corresponding to one person/company, is expressly prohibited.

Purchase Orders

• Purchase orders of goods are considered concluded and made under the terms and conditions contained in these general terms and conditions of sale.
• The customer is enabled to place online purchase orders with SAITO Srl only after completing the specific registration form available on shop.saito.it.
• Upon registration, the applicant is assigned a customer identification code (User) and a password.
• The customer is responsible for any use by third parties of the UserID and Password and for the requested orders.
• All purchase orders of goods made directly by the user or authorized intermediaries must be sent to SAITO Srl via the web directly entered through the e-commerce system or other electronic format that SAITO Srl will indicate if necessary, or by fax.
• SAITO Srl reserves the right to accept purchase proposals in paper or telephone format; these last purchase methods are subject to the general terms and conditions of sale.

Prices

• All prices displayed are in Euros and do not include VAT and other ancillary costs; transport costs, SAITO Vip Service insurance, and any other expenses not expressly indicated here remain the responsibility of the buyer.
• SAITO Srl reserves the right to change the prices displayed in the price list without prior notice to customers.

Payment Terms

• The payment terms are those agreed between SAITO Srl and the customer.
• For the COD method, payment must be made directly to the courier delivering the goods via bank check (not postal), cash (with an amount not exceeding 2,999 Euros), or cashier's check issued by the bank.
• For the Bank Transfer method, a copy of the payment must be sent to the address info@saito.it and must include the CRO number issued by the bank.
