GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The warranty lasts 12 months from the date of purchase.

Any warranty requests must be communicated in advance and authorized by our offices.

Only shipments related to warranty requests that meet the following conditions will be accepted:

• Return authorization agreed with our sales office;
• Shipment at the customer's expense via Gls, Bartolini, TNT, or Posta celere;
• The material must not be disassembled or washed;
• Invoice number and date proving the purchase;
• Serial number of the turbocharger mentioned in the return document;
• Declaration of the detected defect;
• Declaration of the kilometers traveled;
• TRANSPORT DOCUMENT with the reason "Return for warranty check".
  
  

The decision of our technical assistance service is final.

To avoid unnecessary waste of time and money, please evaluate the actual need to send warranty requests to our headquarters.

We inform you that a regular invoice will follow for any type of intervention related to unrecognized warranty requests, such as disassembly, reassembly of the component, and transport costs. Therefore, we invite you to strictly adhere to the procedure we require to avoid unpleasant inconveniences.

In the absence of a transport document, no analysis will be carried out, and after 7 working days, if such document is not received, the turbocharger will be returned to the sender.

Saito guarantees the analysis of the warranty within 3 days from the date of receipt of the turbo accompanied by the transport document.

SAITO Srl recognizes the warranty of the products sold for 1 year from the date of sale:

• Complete turbochargers
• Complete central bodies
• Complete engines
• Engine blocks
• Cylinder heads

Any warranty application is void in case of incorrect installation, tampering with the product, negligence by the installer, omission, or poor maintenance.

SAITO Srl recognizes only the economic value of the component and transport costs, not further costs.
